- Which teas have caffeine?
- I love your gift tubes. Are they available in all blends?
- Do you sell your teas in teabags?
Not at the moment. The quality of loose leaf tea is usually much higher than that in tea bags. So for now, we're sticking with loose leaf due to the quality and the beautiful brewing ritual it entails.

- Are you certified organic?
Whilst we do not hold our own organic certification, 99% of our ingredients are certified organic. We always preference purchasing certified organic ingredients and when this is not available, we use the purest ingredients we can find.
- How do I store my tea?
Once you open your tea, please store it in an airtight container in a cool place. If you have purchased our gift tubes, your tea will remain protected in the tube and does not need a new container.
- Where are your products made?
Our teas are hand-blended in the beautiful Snowy Mountains in NSW.
- How is your packaging sustainable?
All of our packaging is compostable, recyclable or reusable. If you purchase a tea box or pouch, your tea is freshly sealed inside a plant based bag that can break down in your home compost. Our gift tubes are recyclable. Our eye pillow boxes are recyclable and our gift boxes are able to be reused.

- How does your shipping process work?
$9 flat rate shipping on most orders (see next question for exclusions).
Orders over $70 receive FREE SHIPPING!
We ship within Australia only using Australia Post.
Your order will normally be dispatched within three business days of your order. You will receive tracking details by email once we have posted your order.
- Do I have to pay $9 shipping just to order some Tiny Tea samples?
No you don't! We think that would be pretty frustrating as a customer, so we have set our system up so that if you purchase less than $10 worth of Tiny Tea samples you will receive a discounted rate of $3 shipping.
- What happens if I made a mistake entering my shipping details?
Please contact us immediately through our website or by replying to your order confirmation.
- Why didn't I get a tracking code when my Tiny Teas were shipped?
To get these to you as cost effectively as possible, we send them in stamped, padded envelopes that do not have tracking. If you have not received your Tiny Teas within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping email, please get in touch with us.
- Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
We are confident in our products and for that reason we do not offer refunds/returns for change of mind purchases. If, however, you believe that there is something wrong with your order or with your product please Contact Us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
